Product Description

1 mm PUR rubber coated with an acrylic adhesive designed for removal residue less.

PRO-DISK is linered with a 135gr paper.

Construction

Backing: PUR | Adhesive: acrylic | Color: grey | Liner: glassine paper | Standard Roll Lenght: 25 meters

The following technical information and data should be considered representative or typical only and should not be used for specification purposes.

Adhesion to steel: 5 N/25mm AFERA 5001

Backing thickness: 1.0 mm ASTM D-3652

Total tape thickness: 1.1 mm ASTM D-3652

Liner thickness: 0.135 mm

Temperature use range: -50°C +150°C

General information

PRO-DISK is available in standard size from 25,4mm to 1.005mm

PRO-DISK is available in rolls width 1.000 or 500 mm or custom

PRO-DISK can easily be die-cutted or laser cutted into special sizes or shapes.

The special acrylic adhesive formulation guarantee a strong adhesion to the

flange combined to an easy and clean removability after sandblasting.

Shelf Life

The recommended storage conditions are 15—27°C at a relative humidity of 40/50%.

Use within 6 months from the date of manufacture.
