Single coated tape

Single-coated tapes are the most common adhesive tapes. They have a layer of glue on one side of the base material and they find application in every industrial sector, but also in our everyday life. Base material can be rayon, cotton, polyester, self-lubricating PTFE, aluminum, copper or natural rubber mousse, while the type of glue that is applied changes according to the technical needs of application and ranges from resistant glues to high temperatures and flames, glues that can be removed without leave residues. Single-sided tapes are used for insulation and fastening, but also as reinforcing, mounting and sealing adhesives.
